My Lehigh Valley roots are deep: I grew up in Macungie, graduated from Emmaus High School, earned a BSBA degree in marketing/finance at Kutztown University, and brought my family back to the Lehigh Valley in 2013.
On the professional side, I am unique among loan originators in the Lehigh Valley; no one else can match my experience/education in originating mortgages. I have 15 years of experience as a home-loan originator with many national lending institutions. During that time, I originated and closed over 1,500 loans with a total value of more than $160 million, and I spent five consecutive years in the top 5% of loan originators in my region.
I gained most of my experience during the recent mortgage crisis, and in one of the nation's hardest-hit areas: southwest Florida. I've seen, and successfully dealt with, practically every situation you can imagine - short sales, foreclosures and bankruptcies, as well as investors, property flippers, and first-time homebuyers.
I know how to structure loans for all of those. I also have extensive knowledge about the workings of secondary mortgage markets, and how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages are securitized.
That means my navigation and recommendations in this volatile (and sometimes confusing) mortgage pricing market will allow you to lock-in the best possible interest rate for your loan.
